These Terms are binding and non-negotiable. The Company reserves the right to modify them at its sole discretion. Any amendments will be communicated via the Company’s website, Platform, or other digital means, and will take effect upon publication. The User is encouraged to regularly review the Terms to remain informed of any updates.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may request termination of your access to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All information, documentation, and communication from Claremont Square Capital shall be provided in English. Users must refer to the English version of the Platform and related materials for all disclosures relating to the Company’s services.

The User agrees to safeguard all login credentials (including usernames and passwords) provided by Claremont Square Capital and to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform. The User further agrees not to engage in any activities that could compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Platform access at its discretion to protect its systems, interests, or those of its clients.

The User agrees to take all necessary steps to assist the Company in fulfilling its regulatory obligations, including promptly notifying Claremont Square Capital of any suspected misuse of their Platform access credentials.

The User is permitted to view and generate information regarding their account(s) with Claremont Square Capital, including but not limited to trade confirmations, portfolio valuations, and account activity reports.

The Platform and its contents may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of any license granted herein.

Clients may authorize a Nominated Third Party to access their account information through the Platform, subject to completing and submitting the Company’s Third Party Access Authorization Form.

The Client acknowledges that:

• Such access must be for legitimate purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken by the Nominated Third Party on the Platform.
• The Company may revoke or suspend Third Party access at its discretion without prior notice.
• The Client is responsible for promptly notifying the Company of any suspected unauthorized use by the Nominated Third Party.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Claremont Square Capital, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any losses, claims, or damages arising from:

• The User’s use of the Platform;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Infringement of third-party rights;
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations;
• Unauthorized use of the Platform by third parties accessing it through the User’s credentials.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Claremont Square Capital makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, nor does it warrant that the Platform is free from viruses or harmful components.

The Company does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party products, services, or content that may appear on or be accessible through the Platform.

All materials on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and proprietary information (the “Content”), are the property of Claremont Square Capital or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without the Company’s prior written approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Both the User and Claremont Square Capital irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

The Company may deliver notices to the User through the Platform, via email, or to the postal address provided by the User. Users must direct formal notices or correspondence to:

The User may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms. Claremont Square Capital reserves the right to assign or transfer any of its rights and obligations to third parties at its sole discretion.

These Terms, along with any referenced policies and documents, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Claremont Square Capital concerning access to and use of the Platform.

If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
